Online & Mobile Banking

Q: Is there a way I can check my balance with my phone?

A: There are several options that make it very convenient to check your balances and transactions. 

  • Call our automated account management system at 1-866-797-2629
  • Opt-in for mobile banking, allowing you to receive your balance through text messaging.
  • Download our Mobile Money app, available via the App Store or Google Play.

Q: How do I make deposits using my smartphone? 

A: Please visit your local branch, in order to apply and sign the necessary disclosures for this feature. Once your application is received, it will be processed shortly after submission.

Q: Is online banking really safe to use?

A: Yes. PyraMax Bank treats client security as a priority, and only uses secure banking technology. We put your account privacy and safety first.

Q: Why do I have to change my password every 90 days?

A: In the interest of protecting your online account information, we require online and mobile banking passwords to be changed every 90 days.

Q: How can I reset my online banking password if I am locked out? 

A: As long as you are entering the correct username, you will have the option to reset your online banking password. If you don’t remember your user ID, or you have been completely locked out of online banking, please contact your local branch for assistance.

Q: Can I receive statements online-only?

A: Yes. Log into your online banking account, and do the following:

  1. Go to the "customer service" tab at the top of the page.
  2. Under "Account Maintenance", click "Change Statement Delivery Method"
  3. Set your delivery method to "Online", and you will no longer receive physical statements in the mail.

Q: When scanning a check in using Mobile Banking, what needs to be on the back of the check?

A: The back of the check should read as follows:
