E-Statements

Q: What Web browsers can I use to access e-statements?

A: We recommend that you use either Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Q: How is the integrity of my data maintained using Internet access with SSL protocol?

A: PyraMax Bank uses the latest Internet security technology and techniques to help ensure that your statement information is as secure as possible. These techniques include user authentication, data encryption, and the use of secure servers, which are designed to keep out potential intruders.  PyraMax Bank’s e-Statements use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt sensitive data prior to transmission over the Internet so it is protected from anyone attempting to read it in transit.  There is strong encryption between the client and Web server, as well as between the Web server and back-end systems.

Q: What if I lose or forget my e-Statement Password?

A: Please call toll free at 1-877-255-4084 for client support.

Q: What happens to my e-Statement history if I switch back to receiving a mailed statement?

A: All of your e-Statement history will be deleted. If you wish to print or save to a file your available statements, you must do so before canceling the e-Statement service.

Q: How much statement history can I view with e-Statements?

A: You are able to view the last thirteen statements after thirteen months of enrollment.

Q: How do I change my e-mail address?

A: Click on Administration, then Change E-mail Address, make the change and click ok.

Q: How do I enroll to view my statements online via e-Statement?

A: You simply enroll online by completing an e-Statement Enrollment form.

Q: Will I receive notification when my statement is available?

A:  Yes. You will receive an e-mail notification that your statement is ready to view to the e-mail address that you have provided during enrollment.

Q: Will my e-Statements look the same as my regular printed statements?

A: Your e-Statements will be identical to your printed statements.  e-Statements offer many additional features, such as viewing previous statements and an account reconciliation form.

Q: Will I receive my checks back with e-Statements?

A: No.  Checks are not returned with e-Statements, but you will be able to view check images.

Q: Can I receive a printed statement if my computer isn't working or I need one for some reason?

A:  Yes. You may request a printed statement by calling the Bank weekdays 9:00am - 5:00pm (CST) at 414-421-8200.  There is a fee for each copy requested.

Q: How do I revert to regular statements?

A: Go to Account Preference and uncheck the box for e-Statements.
