Commercial Treasury Assistant

PyraMax Bank has an opening for a Commercial Treasury Assistant at our Greenfield, Wisconsin location.  Primarily, this person will support the Commercial Treasury Banking function by performing all of the steps necessary to assist the Treasury Management and Commercial Lending departments in their daily activities and to document and book a commercial credit.  They should be a resource and provide support to the commercial lending department.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience in commercial lending or treasury management.  Duties include:

  • Ability to assist Treasury Management and Commercial Lending with their administrative duties as well as their lending, marketing, servicing, reporting, filing, scanning, correspondence/mailing, telephone calls and appointment making responsibilities.
  • Maintain and develop Treasury proposals for business and commercial banking.  Timely preparation of documents, pricing comparisons, agreements and all else necessary setup of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Review all new pricing setups before Analysis statements go out.  Quarterly review of all analysis statements to make sure pricing is up to date.
  • Provide sales support to the Treasury Management and Commercial Lending departments in the generation and solicitation of new business.  Serve as primary Treasury Management support contact for business clients, branches, or related parties regarding routine inquiries, problem resolution and servicing requests.
  • Prepare all Treasury Review overview sheets for annual Treasury Management reviews and perform less sophisticated Treasury Management reviews.
  • Handle all reporting and analysis of data for Treasury Management Department.
  • Maintain lists and files, assist with presentation development, keep up-to-date on Compliance, and set appointments.
  • Act as the Day-to-Day liaison with Deposit Operations and other departments of the Bank for Treasury needs.
  • Assemble and maintain credit files for client relationships.
  • Research bank records for information used to underwrite credit requests and resolve client issues.
  • Review and take action on all Commercial Loan Officers Tickler reports.  Work with lenders to obtain information from uncooperative borrowers.  The expectation is that all ticklers will be cleared before going past due.
  • Prepare letters and make telephone calls as needed by Commercial Loan Officers.
  • Understand the process flow in order to be able to work backwards from a deadline to today to accomplish it and set proper expectations with all concerned parties. Ability to take control and ownership of an issue, reporting the end result to concerned parties in a timely, concise, proactive manner

Full time opening. Professional front line contact with Bank Clients.  Processes client transactions accurately and efficiently according to Bank policies and procedures.  Provides high quality client service while fulfilling client’s needs and responding to routine inquiries.  Understands and promotes Bank products and services. Capable of diffusing difficult client situations with minimal disruptions while creating a high level of client satisfaction.  Ability to profile clients and open new deposit products and services. Commercial Operations Assistant

PyraMax Bank has a Full Time opening for a Commercial Operations Assistant at our Greenfield Location.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the commercial lending area of banking, specifically in processing and operations.  This person should be highly efficient, self-motivated, and eager to perform at their top level.  Excellent customer service skills and communication are a must.

Personal Banker - Mukwonago Branch

PyraMax Bank has a Full Time Personal Banker opening at our Mukwonago location. Mortgage Loan Processor

PyraMax Bank is looking for an Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor.  Must have at least Three Years experience processing Mortgage Loans and be able to maintain a file count of at least 20 loans.

Obtain necessary information from the Retail Loan Officers and Branch Personal (loan application, disclosures and credit documentation) to process and complete residential Mortgage loan files.  Verify all documentation for accuracy and completeness.  Relies on excellent communication and organizational skills and must pay close attention to detail. Preparation of all documents to successfully complete loan closing packages.

Duties include:

  • Monitor the retail pipeline to ensure the proper scheduling of processing, underwriting, closing, and shipping of residential mortgage loan files prior to rate lock commitments.
  • Effectively review all required loan documentation including credit reports, LP and DU findings in order to submit the loan file to underwriting following all required underwriting guidelines.
  • Prepare and review all closing documents for completeness and accuracy including title, applicable insurances and lock confirmation on all types of retail loans. Review the loan to determine that all underwriting conditions and regulatory guidelines have been met. Obtain final closing numbers from applicable parties to prepare the CD.  Act as a liaison between all parties to promote trouble free closing by relaying all pertinent information to the borrower, real estate professional or Title Company.
  • Obtain title and all closing conditions prior to scheduling closing.
  • Effectively communicate to all those involved in the transaction with either written or telephone correspondence.
  • Effectively cross-sell all Bank services and products to customers when possible.
  • Answer telephone and written inquiries concerning loan processing information.
  • Perform all required Retail Loan Processing and Closing procedures.
  • Assist Closing Coordinators when needed.
  • Ability to process WHEDA, and FHA files.

Commercial Loan Officer

Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Duties:

  • Provide assistance to current and prospective loan clients in coordinating an acceptable mortgage application package. 
  • Compile and analyze data for residential real estate loan requests.
  • Effectively cross-sell all Bank products and services to clients.  
  • Evaluate loan requests based on financial institution policies on types of loans offered. 
  • Order credit reports, background checks, and other information on residential loan applicants.
  • Review developing laws and regulations as they apply to mortgage loan agreements.
