Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans

Helping your business grow.

As a community bank, PyraMax Bank knows the importance of not only the people that make up Southeastern Wisconsin, but the local businesses, as well. We are proud to be a Small Business Administration (SBA) Preferred Lender, participating in both the SBA 504 and 7A loan programs. Both options are great opportunities for small businesses to become substantially larger, and enrich our communities in the process.

SBA 504

The SBA 504 Program is generally a longer term, fixed rate loan, and is commonly used for the acquisition of real estate or fixed assets. Many businesses utilize SBA 504 Loans to purchase machinery or other necessary equipment, as well.

SBA 7A

SBA 7A Program loans, unlike the SBA 504, are more dynamic loans and usually are for smaller amounts. As a preferred lender, PyraMax Bank can make the process of obtaining an SBA loan quick and easy!
